In Memoriam

Although he lived a short life, he will be remembered as a vibrant, kind, generous, smart and hardworking physician who treated everyone fairly, served his patients and those of Ospital ng Parañaque tirelessly, and portrayed a positive image of the Philippines to our international friends. 

Doc Jeff, thank you for all that you have contributed to the PSNM! Rest now and “smize” down on us. 🙂
